We are looking for an Office Administrator to support our Training & Admin function. You will be responsible for communicating with participants and vendors.
In this role, you should combine a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task and work under pressure. You should also be a reliable problem-solver and with strong project management skills.
Your goal will be to ensure that our training programs are engaging and run smoothly.
Responsibilities:
Maintain training records (e.g., trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets)
Book classrooms and ensure they’re properly set up
Prepare and disseminate material (e.g., instructional notes, feedback forms)
Act as a point-of-contact for vendors and participants
Resolve issues as they arise onsite
Submit reports on training activities and results
Ensure employees and vendors follow established policies
Keep van services & MOTs up to date
Proof Read legal documents
Update Social Media
Any other adhoc requirements
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as a Training Administrator
Knowledge of office procedures
Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
Outstanding communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Assist with the booking of external training.
Book internal training rooms and manage the training schedule.
Allocate certificates upon completion of training.
Keep track of the training matrix to ensure training does not lapse or become outdated.
Keep personnel’s training information up to date on the computer system.
Ensure neat, tidy, and well-organized filing of training information.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £19,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
